Horizon MD Consulting provides MCAT tutoring and medical school admissions consulting services to help students achieve their academic and professional goals.

Tutoring Sessions

Where are tutoring sessions conducted?

All tutoring sessions are conducted online via Zoom. Our virtual sessions use interactive whiteboards and screen sharing to create an engaging and effective learning experience.

Session Duration

Standard tutoring sessions are 60 minutes in length unless otherwise specified in your package. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled times.

Materials and Resources

Horizon MD Consulting may provide supplementary materials and resources to support your learning. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without our explicit permission.

User Responsibilities

To get the most out of our services, we expect our students to:

Attend scheduled sessions on time and prepared
Complete assigned homework and practice materials
Communicate openly about learning needs and challenges
Provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling
Use provided materials for personal study only
Maintain respectful communication with tutors and staff

Payment Terms

Payment is required in advance for all services. Package rates are discounted from our standard hourly rate and must be paid in full before the first session unless a payment plan has been arranged.

For payment plans, an initial deposit is required, followed by scheduled payments as agreed upon in your service contract.

Intellectual Property

All materials, resources, and content provided by Horizon MD Consulting are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without our explicit permission.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to help all students achieve their goals, Horizon MD Consulting cannot guarantee specific test scores or admissions outcomes. Our services are educational in nature, and results depend on many factors, including student effort, aptitude, and external circumstances.

Changes to Terms

Horizon MD Consulting reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
